This project explores how merch can function as a collectible system rather than standalone products, encouraging fans to engage, trade, and build personal connections to the brand. Inspired by tour culture, gaming mechanics, and online fan behavior, the designs aim to create a cohesive, interactive experience that lives both on and off stage.
